2. Are your designs made of real gold or silver?
Our jewellery is premium imitation, thoughtfully curated to mirror the elegance of fine gold and silver, while remaining accessible and lightweight. We do not have jewellery in gold/silver.
3. How do I place an order?
Simply explore our collections, add your favorites to the cart, and proceed to our secure checkout. A smooth, effortless shopping experience awaits you.
4. Do you ship across India?
Yes. We deliver to all major cities and towns in India. Orders usually arrive within 5–7 business days.
5. Do you ship internationally?
At present, we ship within India. However, international delivery options will be introduced soon.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and leading digital wallets. Cash on Delivery is available for select orders.
7. How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to follow your jewellery’s journey to you.
8. What is your return & refund policy?
If a product arrives damaged or defective, you may request a return within 2 days of delivery. After verification, we will issue a replacement or refund with utmost care.
9. How should I care for my jewellery?
To preserve its beauty, avoid contact with water, perfumes, or sweat. Store your pieces in a soft, dry pouch after every wear.
10. Do you create custom pieces?
Currently, we offer curated designs. We do not create custom pieces.
