Bhramaka Jewellery – Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Bhramaka, every piece is crafted and packed with care. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, our return policy is here to help.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

  • We accept returns/exchanges only for defective or damaged items received.

  • To be eligible, you must:

    • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.

    • Provide clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Colour/size preference

  • Minor variations in colour or texture (as these may occur due to photography or screen settings)

Process for Return/Exchange

  1. Contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  2. Once approved, ship the product back to us using a reliable courier service.
    (Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the item is defective.)

  3. After inspection, we will process your exchange or refund within 7 working days.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only for defective products where a replacement is not possible.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Important Notes

  • Jewellery is delicate—please handle with care to avoid damage.

  • Ensure proper packaging during returns to prevent breakage in transit.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy terms.
