Eligibility for Return/Exchange
- We accept returns/exchanges only for defective or damaged items received.
- To be eligible, you must:
- Inform us within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
- Provide clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Minor variations in colour or texture (as these may occur due to photography or screen settings)
Process for Return/Exchange
- Contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Once approved, we will initiate a return shipment.
- After inspection and return shipment pickup, we will process your exchange or refund within 7 working days.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued only for defective products where a replacement is not possible.
